DISCOVERY CHURCH LIVE EVENTS

In my current role, I manage graphics projects for live events, ensuring accurate and engaging copy appears across slides, lower thirds, and large-format displays. Each event requires quick, to-the-point messaging with fast turnarounds, often within 1–2 weeks.

I work closely with the Graphic Design team, service producers, and tech staff to align on copy, design, and delivery, making sure the right information reaches audiences of 5,000+ at the right time. This role combines short-form writing, project management, and cross-team coordination to create clear, impactful communication during high-attendance live events.

 

SUMMIT ORLANDO LIVE EVENTS

As Live Performance Producer, I planned and delivered weekly events for 3,000+ attendees, across 2-5 services a day for 14 years. I managed cross-functional teams, coordinated music, video, graphics, and staging, and kept every detail accurate and on time.

My role combined clear communication, live hands-on problem solving, and steady leadership to ensure each experience was executed with care.

LOCAL CONCERTS (2005-2013)

Produced live music events at Orlando venues including The Plaza Live, The Social, Soundbar, Will’s Pub, and Summit Orlando, serving audiences of 400–1,200+. Managed projects from concept through show day, coordinating with artists, vendors, and staff. Oversaw timelines, budgets, contracts, and stakeholder communications to deliver audience-focused experiences on time and on budget.

VOLUNTEER APPRECIATION

Led planning and execution of large-scale events for 100+ volunteers, including private dinners, interactive outings, and custom programming like a private show with SAK Comedy Lab. Oversaw budgets, schedules, vendor coordination, contracts, and communications to deliver smooth, engaging, and memorable experiences.
